Assotech Hills, Ranchi falls under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, an initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which affordable housing will be provided to the urban poor. The government has identified 305 cities and towns have been identified in 9 states for beginning construction of houses for urban poor.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO AVAIL THE SUBSIDY?


  • Purchaser and his family should not have any pucca ghar in their name
  • Annual household income should not exceed Rs. 3 lacs for EWS (1BHK) and Rs. 6 lacs for LIG (2BHK)
  • Household family means husband, wife and unmarried children
  • The house should be purchased in the name of both, husband and wife or female head of the household and only in cases without an adult female member in the family the house can be in the name of the male
  • The subsidy will be credited in the home loan account of the buyer
  • Other terms and conditions shall apply
  • Bank loan is subject to approval from Housing Finance Company / Bank
